Anyone tried the Xbox Demo? Is there already a post I've missed?

Bunch of schoolkids powered up and ready to fight, with a bit of magic thrown in.

Nice sprite animations, but the characters are all er... the same. With other fighters you get big characters, and fat ones and wiry ones and slinky ones and variety. In this cast, they are really similar apart from the outfits.

I can't play fighters for love nor money, so I can't really comment on the gameplay, but I'm guessing it's tight enough to interest a few people here. I beat the COM on default on my first two characters selected - this probably means it's dead easy.

I tried the demo and wasn't too enamoured with it - felt very floaty for my liking, and if I were to spend the time with an anime themed fighter it'd likely be Arcana Heart over this. Think the fact that it's by 5pb puts me off a little too - not having a pop at them, just that creating a balanced fighter is a mighty tough task even for developers who specialise in the field.

saw this was slightly interested seemed to be slower paced then arcana heart....and they love the moves clashing mechanic judging by vids

any one played the retail version? - looks nice

played the demo thought it was really rubbish i wouldnt get it ...seems like special moves and super moves are very basic to do

plays like a really bad pc doujin fighting game
