I have Rayman 3 on GBA and on GameCube(NTSC) and am trying to get the
link-up working for the mini-game where the GC player races along a track
which is created on the fly Tetris-style by the GBA player.
I have original Nintendo everything hardware-wise (inc. cable) - but the
link doesn't seem to be working. It says 'Connecting to GBA...' then
straight away 'Please plug in GBA to controller socket and power on'.
Apparently there should be a 'GameCube link-up menu' in the GBA version of
the game, but I can't see it - from the mini-game instructions it seems like
you just switch your GBA on and it's recognised automatically anyway.
Is there something wrong with my Hardware? Is it because I have PAL GBA/link
cable and NTSC everything else? Do I need to unlock some more stuff on the
GBA game first?
