Mario Kart: Double Dash Leaderboard

It will be Time Trial and GP mode times. For extra kudos you can include your points total if you wish.
If two times are identical, the one with higher points is given priority. In the unlikely situation where both times & points tally are the same, you will share the same position on the leaderboard.
It will be just regular course rotation for GP times. Unless i get enough requests, i'll include mirror mode as well.

This will contain spoilers as to secret drivers identity, and karts.

not bad for a first attempt

Shortround, what precise method did you use to get the time on Luigi Circuit? Are you boosting along the straights all the time for example? And where abouts on the corner with the chain chomp are you taking the shortcut? And so on

here's a full rundown of my strat for luigi circuit, hope it makes sense!

rtmt = right turn mini turbo
ltmt = left turn mini turbo

1st lap:
get a boost start, as you go over the first boost strip pull slightly to the left so that you end up about two thirds over to the left side of the road when you drop down. get 1 ltmt on the straight and straighten up so that you are now hugging the right hand kerb. get 3 rtmt's along the slight right hand curve that approaches the big left hand bend. hit the left hand bend as tight as possible and get as many ltmt's as you can whilst remaining as tight as you can to the kerb (you're gonna need about 4 or 5). go over the second boost strip and pull slightly left as before. get 2 ltmt's on the straight and another 2 rtmt's on the slight right hand curve. do 1 ltmt on the final left hand bend.

2nd lap:
after the boost strip do a ltmt on the straight as before, but go into a rtmt immediately afterwards so that you are then lined up to take the right hand slip road past the chain chomp. if your driving's tight enough you should be able to get a ltmt on the slip road just before you hit the sand. use your mushroom across the sand and line yourself up with the left hand bend as tight as possible. repeat as per the 1st lap for the rest.

3rd lap:
as per 2nd lap.
