Name the SNES game

Hi there,

I remember a SNES game where you controlled a fireman and you had to put fires out and rescue people in order to succeed. I'm pretty sure it was a Jap only game....

Anyone else remember this? If so, what's it called?

It was released in the UK too It was called The Firemen.

Ah....that's weird, cos I knew I'd played it, enjoyed it but had never owned it. I only had a PAL snes, but a mate had a Jap one.

Cheers mate - now to try and track down a Jap copy for my new Famicom Jr.

There were 2 firefighter games for the snes. One was made by Human and the other I forget who made it.

Detective work is needed to find out what the other one was.

it was good but a bit hard cos of the jap text

If I remember right The Firemen was one of the games that came out of the Japanese Human games school.

Cheers for the help so far -

I've managed to pick up two games cheap off of Ebay: one is called The Firemen, by Human; the other is called Fire Fighting by Jaleco. I think the one I'm thinking of is actually the Jaleco one, but I guess I'll find out soon enough!

I'll post back when I have the games.
