    Rival Schools JPN PSOne/DC question

Are there only 2 games in the Rival Schools series?

I have the JPN version of Rival Schools 2(Moero!Justice Gakuen) and am looking for other game (or games).

According to Markinjapan's site Rival Schools 1 and 2 exist on the PSOne, is the second game the same as the DC version or a different game altogether?

A bit of info would be muxh appreciated guys

Project Justice on the DC is a "3D" Rival Schools. I don't like it either.

Erm, every Rival Schools game is '3D' (at least graphically, gameplay wise, the third dimension barely comes into it).

Anyway, whilst canon wise Moero! Justice Gakuen (Project Justice: Rival Schools 2 DC/Arcade) is the second game, there were two Rival School games released in Japan on the Playstation. They were:

Shiritsu Justice Gakuen: Legion of Heroes (which we got in the West as Rival Schools: United by fate)

Shiritsu Justice Gakuen: Nekketsu Seisyun Nikki 2 (Japan only)

The second game is, in the best Capcom tradition, a reworking of the first game with characters receving new moves, new stage backgrounds etc. However, the 'sequel' expanded on the School Mode from the first PSone conversion oin the main.

Thanks a lot for the info man, 'tis much appreciated

I also just checked gamefaqs for info, turns out the 2nd game doesn't add much to the 1st! I may pick the 2nd one up, but I'll deffo be getting the 1st one at least-I'm trying for at least one revision of every Capcom Fighter(even the **** ones)

            You don't mean....Streetfighter the Movie?
            What a game
That'll be a blemish on an otherwise gorgeous Capcom collection, eh?
Might be best to get that on arcade PCB, then no one will really cuss you for buying it

I have the following, all JPN(3 or so of them are in the post as we speak from Japan):

                Saturn:
                Capcom Generation 5
                Cyberbots (in the post)
Final Fight Revenge(absolute bloody turkey, thankfully I got it cheap)
                Marvel Super Heroes
Marvel Super Heroes Vs Street Fighter
                Pocket Fighter (in the post)
                Street Fighter Collection
                Street Fighter Zero
                Street Fighter Zero 2
                Street Fighter Zero 3
                Vampire Hunter
                Vampire Saviour
                X-Men Children Of The Atom
                X-Men Vs Street Fighter

                DC:
                Capcom Vs SNK Pro
                Capcom Vs SNK 2
                Marvel Vs Capcom
                Marvel Vs Capcom 2
                Moero!Justice Gakuen
                Power Stone
                Power Stone 2
                Street Fighter III W Impact
                Street Fighter III 3rd Strike
Super Street Fighter II X FMS

                PSone:
                Star Gladiator (in the post)
                Street Fighter EX2 Plus
Vampire The Night Warriors (in the post)

                I still require the following:

                Dreamcast:
                Choukousenki Kikaioh (aka Tech Romancer)
Star Gladiator 2 aka Plasma Sword (I sold this a couple of weeks ago before I decided to go for the collection)
Street Fighter Zero 3 For Matching Service
                Vampire Chronicles For Matching Service

                Saturn:
Street Fighter:Real Battle on Film (called the movie in US/Europe)

                PsOne:
                Rival Schools games
                Street Fighter EX Plus Alpha

                PS2:
                Street Fighter EX3

                PC Engine:
Fighting Street (conversion of the original Street Fighter)

The Jojo's Adventure games (unsure of formats atm)

I've probably missed a couple of them out though. Getting the complete collection would require buying a Warzard CPS3 which I'm not really up for!!

I bought Rival Schools 1 for PS1 on the strength of the anime style artwork alone.

Some of the special moves are interesting - Kyoko for example gives her opponents a massage
