hi i just bought pso & the gamecube modem

however when i try to connect i get a error saying failed to authenticate

anyone else had this problem , im not entering the dns server address & the proxy server address and proxy port number do you have to do this? help would be really appreciated. Im typing the log in details from the dial up box is that right also ?

No mate just put in name.fsnet.co.uk or everything after the @ in your user mail for freeserve.
