Intellivision Lives! on Xbox, disclaimers?

I read once that the Intellivision Lives! compilation on the Xbox, has a special disclaimer dictated by Microsoft (one which apparently isn't present on the PS2 compilation), where it states that the Xbox is capable or more powerful graphics than those contained on the disc.

Is this true?

Did the PS2 and Xbox version have such a disclaimer?

Can anyone confirm precisely what the disclaimer said?

Are you sure it wasn't the Intellivision comp? I'll have look at the box tomorrow when I get to work.

Could be, one of the "vision" comps.

Not on the box though, I'm sure the disclaimer flashed on the TV screen before the game loaded properly.

If you have them at work and can check, that would be AWESOME.
