Sherlock Holmes games for MegaCD

Anyone played these and/or know if they're any good?

I think they suffer from some pretty annoying Americanisation, but they were well recieved back in the day.

I never played them when they were new but I tried the 1st Sherlock Holmes recently. Don't waste your time, it's a horrible excuse for an adventure game.
