I think the Super Famicom game was Fire Emblem:Thracia 776 released sometime in '99.

Mark III (Japan): Bomber Raid - 1989
Master System (US): Sonic - 1991 (actually a re-stickered Euro copy)
Master System (Europe): Smurfs 2 - 1996 (not actually "released" but copies exist - Cheese Catastrophe [1995] was the last "proper" release)
Master System (worldwide): Legend of Illusion/Mickey's Ultimate Challenge - both Brazil, 1998

MegaDrive (Japan): Madou Monogatari I - March '96
        Genesis (US): Frogger - 1998
        MegaDrive (PAL): FIFA '98 - 1997
MegaDrive (worldwide): Show do Milhao Volume 2 - Brazil, 2001

Not to sure about the last UK SNES title but something is telling me Terranigma, but I think that's wrong.

            Sega Saturn
            PAL: Deep Fear -1998
            US: Magic Knight Rayearth -1998
Japanese: Last original release was Final Fight Revenge -1999/2000, but a couple of Saturn game pack?s bundled together were released after it, of previously released Saturn games.

            Dreamcast
PAL: Conflict Zone or Heavy Metal Geomatrix
JAP: Underdefeat (Confirmed by GC news today, unless Sega changes it?s mind)

Evil twin was last in US I think (that's off top of my head though)

Evil Twin wasn't released in the US (on DC, anyway).

Few games released in 2000 but like S3M mentioned they seem to be compilation sets

March 16 - Roommate Ryoko Inoue -COMPLETE BOX-
December 7th - Yukyu Gensokyoku Perpetual Collection

Yup, Yukyu PC is the last saturn game. Iirc I believe it was initially limited to 10,000 sets, which were available only on preorder, ie no shop sales. However due to demand (lolgee) more were made and I believe were offered on general sale for a limited time. Still a load of poo though.

Tony Hawks Pro Skater 2 was the last one to be realsed in the west for N64 I think.

In PAL-land maybe, but Tony Hawk's 3 was the last US N64 game, about 6 months after the 2nd-last game.

Ah yeh, it was the 3rd one I was thinking about for the last US title

Pretty sure number 2 was the last one in PAL, or very near the last one..
