Not sure if this is a genuine cover variant, or just a cobbled together cover that someone's printed off because they lost the real one or something ... but I've certainly never seen this one before:

Looks a bit fake to me unfourtunately, reason being the Mega Drive logo looks inadequateley resized.

Yeah, the lack of a manual would point that way too, but I wasn't sure.

That painting wasn't drawn until 2001 so it couldn't possibly be a genuine release.
