Mega Drive Experts : Weird Dune 2

i've found this on my trail of retro tat, however it's not like the usual Dune 2. it has a slightly smaller case, a silver cartridge , and the instructions fold out into a giant map. any ideas? i never heard of a special edition type for this game.

Australian version that's all. (I think there are 2 ozzie variants one normal, one silver but it could just be this silver one)

There's quite a few 'silver' Australian releases - I think Ozisoft just used different plastic for a bunch of games, rather than them being any kind of special edition.

Not sure to be honest. Guardiana lists one (w/ no pic), but I can't remember ever seeing it myself.
