Biohazard survivor lightgun

Im try to trackdown/find some information on a Biohazard lightgun that was i think released in japan only to coincied with the release of Biohazard gun survivor on the ps1. I only ever saw one small pic of it in 'play' magazine. Iirc it was made by ascii, licensed by capcom and was modeled on a Berreta 92f (like leon uses in biohazard 2) and featured a dreamcast style d-pad on the rear. Any ideas?

After a few hours digging around it seems it didnt get released anywhere:-( But also found out that Hori made a all metal replica Beretta 92fs guncon for the ps1 in japan, although it has no connection to the biohazard series afaik.
