    Super famicom satellaview

Just browsing youtube with mofoman & we came across these amazing satellaview videos.

It has some great footage of what the system was like in action, its such a shame only japan got to experience it.

Heres a vid explaining the way the system works

Enjoy the videos and music that you love, upload original content and share it all with friends, family and the world on YouTube.

Heres footage of the bs zelda that used the link to the past graphics, the best thing was it had spoken voices as well due to the satellaview transmissions.

A short clip of the Japanese documentary of the Zelda series, "Zelda no Video". This clip deals specifically with BS Zelda: Kodai no Sekiban (Ancient Stone T...

Was a very interesting system, yes. Shame we never got to experience it.

BS roms in fixed formats so that they'll happily work on a copier or emulator are available, if that's your sort of entertainment.

There were minimal changes to the interface and some of the subquests as far as I know, it could be an interesting item to find for a Zelda maniac but I don't think it's a whole new experience when compared to ALttP.

I think theres more changed that just minor things.

New portions of the game were remade, new items, new dungeons, new areas.

Plus the characters had spoken real voices due to the radio transmission that went with the satellaview broadcast.

There was another zelda that was just like the first famicom one but with updated graphics & the main character was the mascot from the satellaview system.
