I've used it a few times if you have to sign up to things and I just don't trust them. I've signed up to a couple of JP shops that way and once I've discovered they aren't sending me crap everyday I'll sign up with my proper address.

I think I have some sort of Ubisoft account on that one too. I've probably got 1000s of emails waiting there as I very rarely use it.

I own a domain so I just redirect anything that's unknown to a mailbox that I don't use. The problem with the primary mailbox from my last ISP (Changing over today!) is that it's such a horribly generic email address (number45@) that pretty much any random SPAM generator generates the address so I get hundreds daily.
