Punch Out / Super Punch Out

Playing the mini game of this in Made in Wario brought this little gem back to my attention

I've just played the two of them again, and while the gameplay is a little simplistic they've both stood the test of time

Some great characters ( particulaly in SPO )and a real sense of achievement when you whack the sucka you've been fighting for the last half an hour and he actually stays down

Any other fans out there ?

try Black and Bruised on ps2 - its the closest to a nextgen punchout i think we are going to see

Punch out was so good - although I favour the Nes version I think.

The snes version always seems to be expensive on Ebay

I still have the SNES version Great game. There's a GBA boxing game, Hajime No Ippo, that edge had last months. Looks similar but I think its meant to have more depths. Here's hoping for at least an American release.

Yeah i still have both of them the nes version i think is better, tho both are pretty fun.
Yeah the snes version was pretty expensive compared to the nes version, but for a fiver it wasnt overly bad..
