No it does not, it's purely MP. There are co-op modes in it which fill the empty slots with AI, but there's no story mode to speak of. The AI is fairly decent in the game, although you do start to see the AI patterns which you can exploit.
The maps have been massively improved since it launched and classes have returned to the game (even if the operators remain). I've got over 130 hours in it, and I find it quite fun to play.Last edited by MartyG; 09-03-2023, 11:53.Comment

The other day I played it and came top of the leaderboard with all sorts of accolades. I recorded a clip of me pwning the enemy like I was in Commando and sent to my mates.
Later I realised I was playing bots. I am now officially a bot for this.Comment

Another Day One release coming to Plus Essential (and don't forget Tchia coming Day One later this month also!)
The game looks very interesting with it's level/trap building. Playback attempted run of other players etc.

It feels like their game selection has started to kick up a gear now. There's an interesting mix of stuff coming to the higher tiers, rather than just, here's 6 Ratchet and Clank ISOs we're dumping all in one go. T'Chia is looking like a good 'PS Plus original' and Ghostwire Tokyo and LiS True Colours are worth having too. Decent picks on the retro side with Type 4 and Ape Escape 2 as well.
If Sony keep it up I might have to upgrade my sub!Comment

I've been on it a while now and it's very decent and in my opinion a more varied selection of games than what's on GP. Hopefully, they can keep the odd Day Ones happening.Comment
