I couldn't possibly leave the North East without being violently sick.

There should be a VIP room for blues 30% more luxurious than the standard location.

I think there should be branch meetings. Like the Sons of the Desert branches for Stan and Ollie fans.

In the North East me, stuM82, evilcatuk, and a few others whose names escape me could meet up at Durham for a pub crawl. You could all buy me a beer.

Plough Boy wouldn't be allowed out because he gets henpecked, and vanpeebles is a sociopath who can't leave the house for an event unless it's part of a years-long routine.

Durham's not a bad suggestion actually, always enjoyed the visits I had there while my ex was at the uni... If we're going to trek, may as well trek someone nice.

                          Surely Blackpool.

The sea, arcades, fair ground rides, donkeys, dirty women on hen nights.

                          Win!

I'm more of a Skegness man myself. Although there aren't any decent arcades in Skeg anymore.

Hmm, a seaside place with decent arcades and nearby pubs might be quite a fun thing to do...

Given the forum's history, it'd only be right to have the meet in Japan

Actually Alton Towers is a pretty good shout.
