Lack of Sega (M2) Retro Titles on PSN... what gives?

I wasn't sure if this belonged in the retro section or not but I posted it here since the releases are modern day..

I'm referring to SVC: Golden Axe and SVC: Streets of Rage.. All got an XBLA release but no PSN... Also mysteriously missing are ports of Sonic 3 and Sonic & Knuckles.. this is very unlike Sega.. Anybody know what happened here?

The lack of a port of Guardian Heroes continues to irk me.

But Sega will be releasing Virtua Fighter 2, Sonic the Fighters and Virtual On.

Indeed this also!! Baffling..

Regarding the svc games, perhaps its because of the already existing (and infinately inferior!!!)backbone ports of streets of rage 2 and golden axe 1? Didn't seem to stop them on the 360 though..
