rare Japanese official Mega CD Lens Cleaner

I've been in to gaming for about 30 years and in to the Mega CD since it's release in the early 90's yet I've never come across one of these before. It's an official lens cleaner for the Mega CD made by Japanese audio care company, Mumin. It's officially licensed by Sega and goes under the name of Fresh Cleaner. I thought this would just be an audio cleaning disc but it does avtually have software on it and unlike most lens cleaners that only have 1 or 2 brushes on the disc, this has 7!!
