i wouldn't want a replacement gift sending from the sender as it isn't there fault, its expected to a degree stuff can sometimes go awol over xmas with it being so busy and RM having so many temporary staff, i think i've only had 3 items go walkabout in the last 15 years so it isn't too bad a ratio, was fun seeing some of the peoples received items though, that T-shirt looks cool soundwave received

fair play to EvilBorris too for putting the time in to sort his little SS out too
