Didn't post in this thread, not much I need to do, bar the paragraph below. I've installed Google Fit on my phone, that's as far as my health kick has got so far. Not helped by the double chicken burger, fries and full fat Dr Pepper at midday.
2015 has got to be my year of losing a couple of stone and getting fitter, am 43 now and my super high metabolism from my twenties is slowing down sadly hence the pounds are increasing bit by bit.
