Since I wouldn't want to play an episodic game until all episodes have been released, I wouldn't buy a Telltale game until the first episode is free and the season pass is 50% off. All three of their completed series (both seasons of The Walking Dead and The Wolf Among Us) have seen such a price reduction not long after its last episode has been released.

Discounting the season passes of both Game of Thrones and Tales from the Borderlands before any of its contents is even released isn't cool. Those who bought them for the full price should have the difference refunded to them.

The two season passes you mention only have 15% off, not 50%. Day One Shafting (TM) is to be expected.

There is a massive bundle of all Telltale games for about ?35 if anyone has bought any of them so far.

Sure, it's only 15% off but, in this case, the shaftees can't even claim 'at least we got to experience it before everyone else', which is usually the only perk of a day one purchase.
