That's alright, mmmonkey is going to take a bash at fixing it.

How come it has a red port cover too?

They all had that when new, one for the front pad connector as well.

I was sure mine had a white cover.

I'm going to guess that the internal fuse is gone, for whatever reason.

I genuinely can't remember ever seeing an internal fuse on a PCE motherboard, could be worth a look before I send it out. Or is it some weird kind of fuse I wouldn't recognise as even being a fuse?

Blew mine when I had a Core Grafx II, it's a pico fuse. Can't remember exactly where it's located, somewhere on the left topside iirc.

Ah, right, so a soldered in job? Well I couldn't fix that with my soldering haplessness, as you well know!

Yeah it would require some solder work~

Even if you can't fix it, you could at least check it, assuming you have a multimeter. Or just let the monkey sort it and spend the time you save trying to beat some of my wipeout times!

Aye, I'll check the fuse over the weekend, pick up the new car tomorrow so I'll be too busy playing with that instead. I think I need to read the manual for wipeout, I just can't beat the time trial, closest i've been is 0.4s out.

Pretty much any PS3/PS4/360/XB1 stick will yes.

You mean you're not already using a stick for MAME?
