Resident Evil Remake on the Gamecube.
I remember seeing the first trailer for the first time and just being blown away by how good it looked, that this was running on the Gamecube (even people I showed the trailer to couldn't believe it). Over 15 years on, it still holds up pretty well.

Donkey Kong Country is the first one that i remember. I thought there was no way it was a SNES game but it was.

Lots of stuff on the Dreamcast felt like a generation ahead or at least half a generation ahead particularly Shenmue and Ecco The Dolphin Defender Of The Future and i think it's one of the reasons i was so disappointed with the PS2 especially in the texturing and overall image quality department.
