I couldn't even get 99p on ebay at the time! I have my PS3 with Outrun 2 luckily. It is the best game of its kind.

Sounds like you're going to have to spend some money or compromise somewhere then, bud.

Issue: You don't like the emulation of OR2 on the 360.
Solution: Use the OG Xbox.

Issue: OG Xbox you don't like the pad.
Solution: Use an XCM Cross Fire Adaptor.

Issue: You don't like the resolution of the OG Xbox.
Solution: Get an Xbox HDMI cable.

Issue: You have more money than sense.

Could someone please clarify the backwards compability with OG Xbox games? I don't want to keep asking on the Post Everytime You Get Something Retro thread.

I understand there's a list of OG X-box games which are compatible, but someone alluded to the fact that this feature is region-free. Does this mean that I can put, say, a PAL OG X-box game into my Japanese Bone, and it will play if it's on the list?

yeah, they've tweaked them all. They are spatial now, if you are using a headset or surround system you should hear them move in correspondence with what you are doing.
