PSTV for PS4 remote play

Anybody use one?
Thinking of picking one up for the bedroom telly, but I've heard they're a little laggy (which would drive me bonkers).

Judging by how the Vita performs, it will be very laggy.

I played some mgs5 and killzone Shadow fall like this, without issue. I think my pstv is connected via ethernet though.

It works perfectly over wired. Plus it uses a DS4.

And a dongle for DS4 to connect to PC.

Yes. If you wire it up on 100mbs or more ethernet it's great.

Yep. It's port is only 100BASE-TX so anything faster than that won't help but 100mbit is fine anyway.
If you must use WiFi then turn off any battery saving options that are there (the battery saving options weaken the wifi signal). In theory there shouldn't even be any options for this but as it's a Vita under the hood they might be left over I guess...

I've used it with power line adapters and only about 11mbps. Limits the frame rate and can cause drop outs occasionally.

It’s 720p maximum if I remember correctly.
