How do you mention??

No laughing, i see people do this all the time where you can do @ and then their username becomes clickable and they get a notification of been mentioned. I obviously missed this little trick. How do you go about doing it on here when you make a post is there a code or button i'm not seeing?

You just have to type it, nothing comes up or anything like on Discord though.
