New set coming in a couple of weeks rumoured to be a Stranger Things set. Nothing confirmed but peeps on the net have been doing some top detective sleuthidge.
LEGO has announced a midnight opening event at its flagship store in London on Wednesday 15th May. This suggests to me that a new set will be available to buy for the first time at the event.
Someone on another forum mentioned that an Australian toy store posted a list of limited release LEGO comming soon including things like the new Empire State Building, Flintstones, Steamboat Willie, Mustang and some other stuff. On that list was this item 75810 LEGO Stranger Things $ 349.99

You get what you pay for Bought the LED kit for the 2016 Ecto 1 and it's all fully built, displayed and customised now but turns out not all the lights work on the LED kit. It will work within the context I'm going to go for with the display but reminds me not to rely on the cheapest kits

It's not cheap, but it's been compared to The Simpsons House in terms of similar price/piece count/big popular tv licence, etc (though obviously nowhere near as big as The Simpsons). But the fact it's more of a cult following makes it that much cooler imo. That's how I've justified it to myself anyway ... and it's my first Lego purchase in a long time.
