The online components of Grand Theft Auto V and Red Dead Redemption II have led to Take Two posting a $299m profit.

The thing that's more galling is the fact they're claiming tax relief on tax they're not paying, so you as a tax payer are giving Rockstar money, even if you can't stand their games.
It might be legally sound, but it's morally bankrupt and yet again a demonstration that all the money is still not enough for these publishers.

Here's something a lot of us can relate to:
"Control" Isn’t Going to Take Long to Beat and I Couldn’t Be Happier About It
"If some of these 30-hour games were a brisk 10-15 hour experience like say Uncharted 4 was, and Control will be, I might be more motivated to put aside whatever long-ass game I’m playing at the time for a weekend and bang out something new and interesting."

Yep, totally happier with a shorter experience. I just played through Resi 2 remake and I loved how concise it was. A real blast. I’m so sick of tickbox, to do list based games, and have been for some years. I have enough of that in my real life!
Obviously if it’s a genuine mega banger, Persona 4 or Witcher 3 or what have you, I love a longer runtime, but so few games actually justify their runtime.
