I felt like it was way easier not to tick a lot this time around. Have we hit a movie classic turning point? Anyway, I ticked...

Die Hard - It's an obvious classic. I don't even have the same enthusiasm for it that some seem to have and yet it's undeniably entertaining movie and always a great watch.

They Live - a fun film that I'm always happy to watch again. And it saw where the world was heading.

Beetlejuice - Is it the only Burton film I still like? Might be.

Young Guns - Yeah, you heard me. This film is a stone cold classic. I love this movie.

Roger Rabbit - Another brilliant classic.

I found it hard to tick The Naked Gun simply because I think everything that's great about it was already great in the TV show and, in many ways, I prefer the show.

As much as I like They Live, Die Hard is the clear winner. It's such an entertaining film that I'll never get tired of going back to.

Notable mentions must go to: Twins, Beetlejuice, Willow, Killer Clowns from Outer Space.

I remember thinking Killer Clowns would probably be lame, but the creators managed to make a really fun, crazy movie.

Gotta be Die Hard of the films in this years run, several others were good runners too. The notable one this time though was High Spirits, a film I always remembered snippets of but haven't even seen as an existing thing in decades. Soon as I read the synopsis it came flooding back, woudl be interesting to revisit that one as I must have been a kid when I last saw it.
