    i hate personal number plates.
but unfortunately i now have one on my new car...it'll go back to a normal one soon when the paper work goes through, but i feel a bit silly with it at the moment.
at least it doesnt spell anything though, its one that only means something to the owner i guess.

How much do you reckon 'M1KE' or 'M1K3' would cost?

No, no, I want, '1337 tbh' as my number plate.

my sons name is Jack, nearest reasonable one is

              T4 CKH

I'll never get around to buying it so snap it up, cheap at ?250 or daughters name is Genna; seen a few with 68 NNA in so that could be cheaper

                Oh jeez....
                Personalised plates are knob-tastic.
They only look good on a really high class car. Think Jaguar or higher.... You miiiight be able to get away with it on a really nice BMW or a vintage Merc, but nothing any lower.
And please, please, don't get one on a Ford Escort.

I saw a BMW once with the plate "BMW"... and no it wasn't in a showroom. Anyone want to hazard a guess to what that would have cost?

my old boss had RR1 on his Rolls Royce, cost thirty grand about 8 years ago.

saw the plate "X5 SUK" on a BMW X5 yesterday, don't know if it was his initials or he was trying to say something ????

No idea, but I've seen the same, Darwock -- said "M3 BMW", on an M3 (surprisingly :P ).

                          X5's do suk

If I drove a Diablo I'd get the plate "L4M8ORGHINIS4R3OVR8TED"

When I worked at for MCN (EMAP), one of the guys on Car Magazine wrote off a Lambo costing about ?160,000. The excess on our company insurance went upto ?12,000 ! so every motorbike we crashed/got nicked was just paid for, don't think we ever troubled the insurance company again.

I always thought the bloke who managed to get PEN1S was lucky, apparantly it was accidently registered.

Wonder if it'll ever happen to SH1T.
