I'm sure 90% of the judges are paying into the Tory party. They'll just bung the judge a Million and see them at the Club on saturday.

An SNP MP is cautiously optimistic that the Supreme Court will find against the PM.
A Labour MP says Johnson is likely to lose the case
Whilst a Minister has refused to rule out Johnson suspending Parliament again after it returns in order to force through No Deal

It's all on Labour and their incompetent management. It must be so frustrating for the bulk of party members to look at the Lib Dems and see them directly proving that voter uptake follows taking a stance they themselves want the party to take, instead the party continues to blindly sleep walk into defeat.

Corbyn sticks his fingers in his ears and holds course
Supreme court told PM will ‘abide’ by any ruling but minister declines to say if MPs could be sent away again immediately
Johnson says he will abide by the ruling of the Supreme Court if it finds against him this week but the government refuses to rule out immediately proroguing parliament again despite this scenario ruling the move illegal in the first place.

So if Johnson is found guilty, what then?
If the government refuses to rule out proroguing again, what’s the point of the judges giving a verdict? It’s as if the government is above the law. I would not be shocked if that was the case, it’ll just reinforce how corrupt this country is turning.

- Affluent people - not necessarily wealthy, but well-off. Talking about the sort of person here who owns >= 2 homes, or more often, property owners who have a strong interest in preserving financial systems that allow them to do what they do.
- People who, deep down, believe in classism and believe that those of the first group should be the ones to rule the country. Sadly I think a fairly large proportion of the UK believe this.
- People who aspire to one day have wealth, and don't want to get it just as a government comes in to take it all away from them. I think a larger group believe this.
Obviously short of a highly unlikely lottery win, number-4 simply isn't going to happen for 99.9999% of the people who believe that.

The Shadow Chancellor is supporting a Labour debate over whether to move towards abolishing private schools - including removing their charitable status, limiting placements on their students access to University and to have their assets open to the state education sector.
Momentum founder and Corbyn ally Jon Lansman wins NEC backing to effectively abolish Labour Students
Momentum have also seemingly been successful in abolishing the Student Wing of the Labour Party.
Whilst Corbyn is setting about selling Labour as the only party that will offer the public a final say on Brexit via a Second Referendum - a hilarious sales pitch given his long standing opposition to supporting one. In said Referendum, Corbyn says he would take a neutral position with the two voting options being a Labour Deal vs Remain
EU leaders talk of how close to No Deal we now stand and how the Irish Backstop remains the key hurdle.
Personally, the Irish Backstop is only part of the issue. Since it became a hot subject within Parliament it's felt like debate has become overly focused on it. Yes it's a critical element but it feels like MP's are overlooking that if they sort that the deal still wouldn't get passed.

My wife's unfortunately Italian so, needless to say, I'll be reporting her to the authorities at 00:01 on 1 November. In the meantime, I've initiated a domestic whispering campaign aiming to discredit her and her Euro-lefty ways. This mainly involves me whispering conspiracy-based nonsense to myself.
