I have a fully working in lovely condition XRGB-3 upscaler for game consoles. Works fantastic from crappy composite to S-Video and even 21 pin RGB (Scart). It will also accept Component D-Terminal inputs from the likes of a Game Cube or PS2. VGA analogue or Digital in is also available.

Comes complete with original manual, PSU, D-Terminal to Component cable and VGA to component cable.

Wow , That does an excellent job of upscaling that saturn , very nice bit of kit

Would do a cracking job of running a Supergun via RGB scart to a PC monitor , seeing a PC monitor would be alot easier to mount vertically

It sure does. There are many options to play around with too. You'll noticethat the colours do look better on the TV though. This is due to me having it set up for TV play rather than my monitor. EVERYTHING can be changed though to give you the perfect colour setting.
