Spoke to Nintendo UK this morning & they havn't got a clue. Said they may have some more info by the end of the week. Surely if they have the front to not include the jack in the first place they could at least sort out availablility of the adapter. What a joke!

Look in game, they have blaze packs with a much neater headphone socket with a pass through for the charger..
