Buying something from Yahoo Japan?

Hi Guys,
This was the only place I could think of asking.
Is it possible to open an account with Yahoo Auctions Japan?
I am after a Digital Harinezumi camera (retro style pics/version 1) and there is one on there but I wouldnt have a clue where to start!

There are escrow services around for Yahoo Japan, can't remember the names though, have a google. They tend to be expensive though
