Yeah, you won't miss much. It was one of my early japanese import titles (?92!) and I got on ok, I'm sure there are some guides about that will show you how to deal with certain tricky menus.

Will try the japanese version. No gc, just a panny q to play it on.

The PAL version has no 60hz mode.

Is that acceptable? To me it is. 50hz is terrible, no exceptions.
