    Blenders

Bit of a random one this. I wanna buy a blender to make milkshakes. By any chance can anyone recommend me something that would do the job baring in mind I don't need some super machine that blends electronic devices haha. Alternatively post pictures of your blenders.

Kenwood BLX52. I have that. The next one up has dishwasher safe parts, but it's super easy to clean as long as you do it straight away. The blades come off so you don't have to risk slicing yourself while cleaning down there.

I have a Bamix hand blender, they are superb. Great for milkshakes, mayo, soups ... http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B001G5ZHW..._df_B001G5ZHWO

I wouldn't want my hands anywhere near the blades, tear em to shreds, it would and no mistake

..but... it's a hand blender? /gets coat, books flight to desert, waits for tumbleweed forever.

For milkshakes just get a hand blender - much less to wash up afterwards and takes less up less space.

Bonus tip: get a blender with a wibbly flange as that prevents the liquids flying out of the beaker.

Another Bamix user here, great if like me you already have a food processor and a small kitchen. I love making mayo in mine. Takes seconds.

While we are at it, here's my juicer: http://www.championjuicer.co.uk/
You can shove roasted peanuts in it and make peanut butter too. Freshest best peanut butter ever.
