The price is a joke. But i'm pretty sure i've seen this before.
It's just a playable demo of Chrono Trigger. If i remember rightly, the previous auction didn't fetch much compared to that astronomical price. Something like $40-$60 i think it ended at.
I can't be certain since it was a long time ago.
