yeah even sunny Ilford is well, sunny. Boiling at lunchtime, nice to see the girlies wearing bit less clothing than normal, am so glad I work in a air conditioned office.

Its typical isn't it. You lot are all stuck in work while being cooked alive by the Sun and I am on holiday and it's raining. It's not fair.

Aye I have - I've had a week off work.

I've spent some time motorcycling, some time gaming, some time watching DVDs and some time just sitting in the sun in the back garden with a beer. That's something I've not done in ages, simply because the garden was an overgrown mess until recently. It's an ongoing project, but the transformation is quite impressive.

So yes, I am enjoying the sun.
