Alright I have recently been playing Vampire Chronicles on my Jap PSP-1000 & it don't seem to register diagonal commands well making even Fireball motions near impossible. Infact the only way I can get moves to work is with great effort & close to 10 guaranteed 
, basic combos only forget playing the game the way it was meant to be played.
Now with my Bros Canadian PSP-1001, paying Vampire feels like playing it on a PS2 the moves can be performed easily everything works as it should.
Can others who are able to test please report Ur findings...
