Neither of my codes work! There was some crap in the email about '50 United States, D.C., and U.S. military bases with valid APO/FPO bases' - are these codes just for US live accounts or something?

Mine says that too and worked on my UK account, I never even saw that small print till you mentioned it!

Can't remember how you set emails to your account but it came through to my regular email account, not my hotmail address that I linked to my gamertag. Just mentioning incase it's useful to anyone still waiting for theirs.
