Until/unless we come up with something better this project is being managed using a web-based collaborative mind mapping tool.

1. Visit http://mind42.com
2. Sign up
3. PM FullSpecWarrior with the email address you used when you signed up
4. You will receive an invite to collaborate on the NTSC-UK Game mind map
5. When you get their, search for and read the guidelines! Mind maps can get massive fast!

Anyone and everyone (once they are invited to become collaborators) can edit the mind map. It's like a wiki in that respect. So, be careful not to trash anything! I'll be making backups on a daily basis and there is a revision control system built in but I don't know how reliable that is yet.
