It'll never happen. Japan tried to pull this **** years ago, and it didn't work out too well. -
Only applies if the eula forbids you to transfer ownership of the software to another person, most games say you can permanently transfer ownership as long as you keep it intact & make no copies.
But it sets a worrying precedent it seems games companies are getting far above themselves as other forms of media don't have such stupid restrictions. If games companies keep it up they will end up suffering as nobody will buy their stuff.Comment
