Yeah, it was the fuse. Unfortunately, the TV is screwed. Or the amp. About to find out which. Either way, a little annoying.
My UPS says I had a power cut briefly. Have had loads of these brief power cuts before - never been a problem.
edit: was the amp. Which unlike the TV didn't need updating
