Recently got this game brand new from the GAME website deal of day offer.
However, after booting it up for the first time yesterday, it crashed out on me about 2 minutes into the first level. The cube was making a louder than normal sound reading the disc and then a black screen came up saying disc read error, refer to GC manual for more help.
Restarting I got past the previous crash point however after a few more stages in the first level it did exactly the same thing. Luckily a save checkpoint was just before this, so went to the same part again and it did it again (after talking to bloke who's being interragated, moving to the next room and taking out guard on the balcony).
After turning off cube again and then starting up the game the same error occurs this time loading the game up.
I'm pretty sure my cube's alright as I gave another game a bash for an hour and no problems.
Anyone else had any similar problems with this game?
I'm going to get a replacement from GAME as I've got the receipt still.
