Does the PAL version have a 60Hz. option?
And/or is the PAL conversion good? (full speed? no black borders?)

So does anyone know if this game has a frame rate compensation? Since it doesn't have a 60Hz. option I wonder if it's slower or if they fixed that.
And about the Guncon 2, Europe has a blue version and US has an orange version if I'm correctly. Is there any other difference between the two? Are they both compatible with PAL, NTSC and/or 100Hz. tv's?
