Another 360 thread....Controller problems....

Bought a wireless pad as I had to make do with the core box. No matter which was I try to geth them to see each other, it's no joy.

Button on xbox - ring flashes - button on pad ring flashes but don't see each other.

Tried other way and even holding the buttons....no good.

Any way to get these working ?? Anyone else have any problems like this ?
