Well, i've managed to get my new router going and setup quite nicely over the past week, but i'm still incurring 2 problems. The 2nd isn't a big deal, but i'd still like to know how to fix it if possible:
(1) I just can't get on certain websites. A common one is www.espn.com and I get a ton of it when trying to link somewhere from a Google search. I'm just not sure how to fix it. The problem was occuring before and after I turned on WEP security.
(2) I have a "block sites" function on the router (Netgear D834Gv2), and it has worked in the past. I tried a couple examples and tested them on the wirelessy connected PC's... but it doesn't seem to stick, almost like it wears off. I'm not sure what's causing this either, but I figured perhaps it could be one of: (a) rebooting the router (which i've done a few times), (b) tweaking various settings (like activating WEP security) or (c) uninstalling and reinstalling the wirless/LAN connections on the connected PCs (which i've also had to do)??
