I'm getting hold of PSO Eps. 1&2 for my US cube for offline only play, co-op with the missus!
(I still play DC Ver.2 online and can't be arsed with the hunters fee, another keyboard, modem etc. etc.)
Reading through a few reviews and FAQ's I've heard that the quests in episode 2 are not open to start with but must be downloaded. Anyone know if I got hold of a memory card with the quest download files if this would make the quests playable offline on my cube? Are the quest files seperate or does it just update you character file?
