    PS3/PSP system activation q

    This is within the PSN. I get an option to activate or deactivate my systems. I have activated both my PS3 and PSP under my Japanese account as they are both Japanese units. It says something about being able to d/l extra content, but I'm unsure of what it means. Can anyone enlighten me?
